Genius Hour Blog Post Week 4

This week I have tried to dive deeper into the question of how one may find one's passion and indulge in it in a manner that would reap benefit for not only one's self, but for others as well. I have tried to research online resources but have come to a realization that much of the advice that was provided was the same, yet paraphrased slightly by each author. Therefore, I think that the next step I should take is to try and interview people on what they might have to add that is unique. I have also tried to think on the question myself of course, however, I found that I may have come across a limitation, which is that I always think of myself when I try to imagine ways of helping people find what interest them. I mean to say: when I think of an idea that may work for me, that does not necessarily entail that it would work for others. Which also brought me to conclude that after all my effort, the most I can hope for is to come up with some hypotheses, these hypotheses would then have to be tested by people in their own lives. The advice may work for everyone, or it may work for some, but not for others. But even if only one person benefits that is good enough for me, that is one person who otherwise may not have been helped. With that being said, this work does not end with me (at least I hope to God it doesn't), rather, with every fault that is found there will be people who will try their best to fix it and hopefully that'll make for better, more enthusiastic people and a better world!
